Busy working at the office sometimes we’r forget about ourselves for a sport. 
But healthy is important, not one prohibit people who have become fat, but fat sometimes create excessive shortness of breath because of fat cover heart ornament, and tired just to breathe. With fat body which Blood circulation are bad and also had not healthy because cholesterol arise. Sometime Appearance also or style become less ideal.
Many people do the diet but not with sports. Feed occasionally with a vitamin is not enough without doing sport.
For the Healthy is an ideal healthy food, adequate rest and exercise too.
With the sport then circulation of blood to be smooth, with a smooth blood circulation which stress can’t be stiff. Members into the body got relax for a lack of sleep can be sleeping soundly without the burden of thinking that disrupt.

Slim and healthy with exercise in your room
Step *1
Walks in stand place (-1) minute
Road (Walks in stand place) at the speed of about 120 steps in minute. Increase the speed at 2 and 4.
Step 2 *
Step walks in side right and left (-1) minute

Step 7 *
Quick kicking and swing your arms -90 seconds
How to: Repeat steps 3 * when kick the left foot, so your right arm swing to the fore. While kicking right foot, left foot swing to the forward .
